"Needed new homeowners insurance and reached out to this agency. Megan Villareal was the agent who took my information ran the quotes and then called me back to discuss it in a very timely manner. She took the time to listen to my needs and adjusted the quote as needed. She gave me a few days to consider it as she knew I was shopping other agencies as well. She followed up a few days later. I did decide to purchase my policy from this State Farm agency. She did a fabulous job and I appreciate her professionalism and calmness. I have had experiences where Insurance sales people are quite pushy or you can tell they’re not being upfront and honest and I did not have to deal with that here. Thank you."
