She took the time to listen to my needs and adjusted the quote as needed. She gave me a few days to consider it as she knew I was shopping other agencies as well. She followed up a few days later. I did decide to purchase my policy from this State Farm agency. She did a fabulous job and I appreciate her professionalism and calmness.
